I was skeptical about keeping my scheduled appointment. My past experts a child , literally shook me to my core. I would avoid the dentist for as long as I could. This time I had no choice. I must admit was taken back with the staff professionalism. From the front desk, Erma who was so patient and encouraging , while taking my x-rays. Lastly, the dentist was funny, warm and most importantly, I did not feel ashamed. Often dentist forget that life happens and sometimes you can’t make it to see the dentist. Or in my case a horrible experience with a dentist as a child. Dr. Marilyn D was simply amazing and she will never imagine how touched I was with her being so caring and explaining everything little detail. I am a nurse and I make it a priority to treat my patients and family , with respect and the way I want to be treated. I absolutely love this office and I would recommend this facility to any and everyone who will hear me. Excellent job and this place is a big gem , right in the heart of Kenner.

I was nervous when the dentist and hygienist came in but after laughing and talking with them for three minutes, I was relaxed and ready to get the work done in my mouth with no worries. THANK YOU , Louisiana Dental Center Kenner and Doctor DeVille for making me smile again I have not been able to smile for at least 6 years not only because I lost my. SON to a drunk driver but also because I was losing my teeth because I. Was having oral issues and went to wrong dentist …. I watched this building go up from the ground .. one day I called them and they said come in they seen me the same day and started working on my mouth. They pulled all the rest of my teeth and did surgery on bottom gums and from there it took them about a month and a half to get everything done I was in the best care there I knew it as soon as I walk through the door now you cannot get me to stop smiling I have my pearly whites thank you. Dr. DeVille also Irma,Trnika, Ivette y’all are the greatest I will send everyone I know that needs dental work to yall Dr Deville you understood how emotional I was and I believe God sent you to make sure that my son got to see his mom smile again with her pearly whites because that’s what he said he wanted❤❤❤❤😇😇😇😍😍😍

Dr. Le is truly the best dentist ever! I wish I would have met him sooner, it would’ve saved me so much heartache and money. He is so affordable, no one beats his prices. He truly is for the people. I’ve dealt with many dentists throughout my almost 40 years of life and all of them only cared about taking your money and not about your pain or if you could afford any dental procedures. Dr. Le truly cares and he has raised the bar on how a dentist should treat his patients and care for them. We truly need more Dr. Le’s in this world. I’m so grateful to have you as my dentist. I truly wish he would have done all my other procedures that other dentists messed up but from now on this will be the only dentist I will trust my smile with.

Everybody had great customer service and was very friendly and understanding of what was going on with any measures that was going to be taken to have the job done good. I give them 5 stars across the board for the whole staff.

It was very welcoming from the initial phone call to the actual appointment. I received a text message alerting me of my next appointment, which I wasn’t expecting but was pleasantly surprised to receive. I actually enjoyed the experience, learned how to better care for my teeth and how/why tartar builds up etc. I even left knowing my dental hygienist’s name which means a lot as I’ve been to cleanings before and never knew who I was dealing with. It felt nice to get an introduction with a name! Overall a great experience considering it was my first visit because I was being dropped by my previous dentist for no longer covering my insurance. Hoping to be a patient for many years to come.

They were all very nice. They work a good plan with you. They take Medicad. They apologized for being a little late on my appointment time. They were all very nice.

Dr. Le was great and everything went well. The office staff was friendly and competent. The price was a bit much, but still around average for the area. The facilities were nice as well.

I highly recommend. I had my teeth cleaned by Lisa and Dr. Le whipped me up a new front tooth in no time! Love this place!

First of all, the place is beautiful,& clean.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mrs.Darlen I think her name was, leaves Nothing to chance, explain things where a child could understand & gives great advice! Dr. Lee, I think his name was, is just as great. I can’t say enough about that place. I totally love it! I took cards and have already started telling people and recommending the place and passing out cards. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable, I absolutely love it‼👍

Very friendly, fast appointment, my daughter needed some work done that wasn’t scheduled and they had so they took care of it instead of making us come back.

Excellent environment. I was very pleased with the service. The facility is clean and modern. The administrators were polite and welcoming. I was a little nervous because I haven’t gotten my teeth cleaned in years. But the technician made me feel comfortable. She continued to check on me to make sure that I was feeling well during my cleaning. I didn’t need to be numbed during my cleaning. Dr. Le was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to get routine cleanings, and I will follow his advice.

Had a much better experience at this location than the Lakeside Mall office. Dr. D was quite thorough about my procedure and aftercare. She answered all my questions and I felt safe under her care. Covid restrictions were in place and made me feel safe.

Dental hygienist Lisa was fantastic!

The staff was so kind and friendly upon entering for checking. Covid safety protocols were in place and well respected by patients and staff. Once I was in the back the kind lady that cleans my teeth Mrs. Darlene was amazing at talking me through the process. Then I met Dr. Lee and he thoroughly informed me of the procedures that would follow and I felt comfortable with coming back. This is an outstanding office. Clean, kind and makes you feel like family is taking care of you.

Called in and made an appointment and they were able to schedule me the next day. Went in and it was minutes before they called me back. Since a child, I hated the dentist. My hygienist was Victoria. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and she took her time. She had sense of care! I cannot wait til my next appointment

This dental office is great but this review is specifically for Melissa ! I love her ! She handles everything ortho with me and she’s just the greatest person ever! She takes her time, she makes sure she gives the best advice and recommendations when it comes to dental work and braces ! Its never a dull moment when im in her chair . Very professional with a lot of positive energy. She’s an amazing hard worker from what i’ve seen !

I have been a regular here since they opened. My previous dentist was a holdover from when I lived on the Westbank, and I decided it was time to find a dental office closer to where I currently live (Kenner).

What I like about this place is the scale of the operation. I can go in with my 2 kids and we all have our appointments at the same time. We each have the same hygienist every time. I prefer hand scraping to a water pick, and they have someone who is willing to do that for me. My kids prefer the water pick, so they are fine with the younger ones not trained in the “old school” ways.

Dr. Le is a good guy, and he remembers his patients. When my younger daughter had cavities, they did not charge an arm and a leg to have them filled. I am very appreciative of that. We have good dental insurance, so we have a lot of choices. We choose this place. Their X-ray technology is top of the line.

The thing I appreciate the most – is that they are not a fraud mill. They don’t try to con you into gum measurements or deep cleanings. They don’t recommend procedures you don’t need. They just clean your teeth and clean them well. They simply want to earn an honest living, and there’s nothing more valuable to me than that.

I am extremely happy with this dentist I had 2 baby teeth that fell out I had no adult teeth to replace them I came here and they were very helpful and attentive to my financial situation. I highly recommend this dentist not only is it super clean the staff and everyone that works there are super super friendly. Please come here if you want a dentist’s with Integrity.

Dr. LE is the Best, had root canal today Zero pain through the whole procedure and everything worked out great. Also the ladies at front counter were pleasant and they even charged my phone while I was having my procedure. 🙂

I’ve been going to Louisiana Dental Center (Kenner) for over two years now. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. My last procedure was completed by Dr. Deville, and Melissa. They were so pleasant and comforting. Dr. Deville not only does great work, but she is a great educator. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Amy Huynh was real gentle and thorough. She left my gums feeling amazing and my teeth so white after my cleaning. I will definitely be back at Louisiana Dental Center Kenner thanks to her!!!

I was treated very well. The staff was friendly. Easy yo get to. I was,able to get an appointment quickly that fit my schedule . Dr Le was great and took time with me to explain what i needed My hygenist Wendy was fantastic. I was very impressed with the time she took to show me how to floss under a bridge I was having trouble doing. Wendy took all the time until i was able to do it right I appreciated that. Props to Dr. Hawkins and her assistant Kayla…they are an awesome team..they explained all the procedures needed to be done…how it would impact my life ..Dr.Hawkins was worried about my health pertaining to my blood pressure and had me see my primary care physcian to be assured that all was ok for me before my procedure to let me have a better smile..I would like thank them for all they have done for me…And would recommend them as a team…Thankyou Dr.Hawkins and Kayla

I LOVE LA Dental Center. Unfortunately, I have had to have a lot of work on teeth: cavities, bridges, crowns and implants. They have always been friendly and professional. They always let you know upfront how much each procedure costs whether you are paying cash or thru insurance.

I have been going to the Louisiana dental center for several years. I love this place. They are all very professional and friendly. The doctors and staff listen to all of my concerns and make me feel at ease before and during any treatment.

It was my first visit to Louisiana Dental and I was so impressed with how happy everyone seemed to be. I dealt with four people before I actually met the doctor and everyone was so friendly and on top of there game. They took care of my immediate problem and scheduled multiple visits. They had the cost of each procedure and what my cost would be. I’ve never had that provided for me before with my other dentist. I couldn’t wait to write a review.

The staff here is very friendly. The experience I received was great. I felt no discomfort during the cleaning and had no sensitivity as a result of my visit. The hygienist made me feel relaxed the entire time. Ask lots of questions, ask everything. Do not leave anything unanswered and open for interpretation. The medical staff are great. The dentists are informative and great. The admin staff are friendly and welcoming. Easy to work with insurance and they worked with my schedule. Thank you and i’ll be back to see them soon.
